Referral Bonus Program

Current employees who help find qualified candidates for eligible positions could earn a cash bonus of $50.00!

Simply submit the Employee Referral Form below PRIOR to the new applicant submitting an application.

If the applicant passes our background check, meets the job requirements, is placed with a client and fulfills 40 hours on the job you will receive your bonus.

Referral Program Bonus Payout Guidelines:

  • Current and previous employees of A.R.M. are eligible to receive a bonus.
  • Candidate has listed your name as a referral source on the application.
  • Employee Referral Form (below) must be submitted to A.R.M. prior to Candidate’s application submission.
  • If two employees refer the same candidate, the first referral form received by A.R.M. is eligible for the program.
  • Referral candidate must pass background check, meet qualifications, be placed with client, and complete 40 hours on the job.
  • Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and above or HR Employees are not eligible as recruitment of qualified candidates is part of the job.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate is hired into an eligible position at an eligible organization.
  • Candidate remains employed in the qualified position in full-time status (working an average of 40 hours or more per pay period).
  • Candidate remains in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
  • Candidate did not previously have an active resume or application on file.
  • Candidate is not currently working for an A.R.M. client.
  • Candidate has not been employed in the past 12 months by an A.R.M. client.

Eligibility Positions:

  • Forklift Driver
  • Warehouse Worker

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate is hired into an eligible position at an eligible organization.
  • Candidate remains employed in the qualified position in full-time status (working an average of 80 hours or more per pay period).
  • Candidate remains in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
  • Candidate did not previously have an active resume or application on file.
  • Candidate is not currently working for an A.R.M. client.
  • Candidate has not been employed in the past 12 months by an A.R.M. client.

Eligibility Positions:

  • Forklift Driver
  • Warehouse Worker
