Logistics and Supply Chain Lead
Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing logistics operations to support our distribution center's goals.

Need to be able to operate a Cherry Picker, Sit Down Forklift, Turret, Clamp and be certified or willing to get certified.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation scheduling and route optimization.
  • Maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline order processing and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 hour shift
  • Overtime, as needed
  • Weekends, as needed
Qualifications
  • Two (2) years proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within a distribution center.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Have computer knowledge
